Gyrolab^® Generic Rodent ADA Kit Reagents

NEW Gyrolab^® Generic Rodent ADA Kit Reagents measure anti-drug antibodies as circulating immune complexes of human IgG in complex with rodent anti-human IgG on Gyrolab systems.

• Gyrolab Generic Rodent ADA Kit Reagents are ordered as a bundle that contains capture and detection reagents with sufficient volume for approximately 480 data points, sample dilution buffer, and wash buffer. 
• Gyrolab Bioaffy 1000 CDs* are purchased separately; all bundle components can also be ordered separately.

The generic nature of the Gyrolab Generic Rodent ADA Kit Reagents favors its use in early preclinical studies in mice or rats for ADA screening of therapeutic antibody candidates or for investigation of unexpected PK clearance profiles, safety, or efficacy issues caused by the formation of immune complexes. A generic assay eliminates the need for assay optimization across molecules and rodent species thereby streamlining preclinical development.
