Field Application Scientist (FAS)

Scientific specialists who support assay design, application setup, and troubleshooting. Often PhD-level scientists with deep experience across biologics and workflows. 
 

Field Service Engineer maintaining Gyrolab instruments through installation, maintenance, and repair to ensure reliable performance

Field Service Engineer (FSE)

Responsible for instrument health, installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs. FSEs spend significant time at the instrument and are a familiar, trusted presence for end users.
