RSM

Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Your main point of contact. The RSM helps you frame requirements, timelines, and business considerations, and guides the process from first discussion through implementation.  

FAS

Field Application Scientist (FAS)

Scientific specialists who support assay design, application setup, and troubleshooting. Often PhD-level scientists with deep experience across biologics and workflows. 
 

FSE

Field Service Engineer (FSE)

Responsible for instrument health, installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs. FSEs spend significant time at the instrument and are a familiar, trusted presence for end users.
