Requires minimal viral capsids
The automated Gyrolab assay requires 3 time less viral capsid volumes compared to other currently employed techniques for assessment of total binding anti-AAV antibodies, preserving precious drug volumes.

Gyrolab Anti-AAVX Kit comes in a CD5 configuration and includes Gyrolab Anti-AAVX Kit Reagents, CDs, Gyrolab Anti-AAVX Positive Control, sample dilution buffer, wash buffer and accessories required to generate 480 datapoints (5 CDs).

Reagents can also be ordered separately to provide assay flexibility for use with other Gyrolab Bioaffy CD types (requiring assay development).
