Gyrolab 2G Generic PK Kit enables the quantification of human therapeutic antibodies in non-human matrices during pre-clinical PK studies in early stage biotherapeutic development. The Gyrolab 2G Generic PK Kit quantifies intact human IgG (IgG1, IgG2, IgG4 subtypes) in sera from a range of species including mouse, rat, cynomolgus monkey, rabbit and dog.

Analytical range approximately 3 logs, or 10 ng/mL to 15 µg/mL (neat concentrations) using the Gyrolab Bioaffy 1000 HC CD (performance may differ depending on analyte and matrix)
Up to 96 data points in 80 minutes

The Gyrolab 2G Generic PK Kit includes pre-labeled capture and detect reagents, buffers, consumables, and a Gyrolab Bioaffy 1000 HC CD.

Gyrolab 2G Generic PK Kit Reagents (capture and detect reagents) can be ordered separately to allow the use of the kit with other Gyrolab Bioaffy CDs (assay development required), for assays requiring a higher dynamic range or extra sensitivity.
