In this seminar, Diane Hamlin, Eli Lilly and Company, presents Performance of the Gyrolab xP System for Custom Development of Preclinical Urinary Renal Biomarker Assays at the International Gyrolab Seminar, ā€˜Changing the Immunoassay Landscape using Automated Nanoliter-scale Innovationā€™ in Morristown, NJ, USA.

In this presentation, Diane showed that using the Gyrolab platform:

  • Custom immunoassays were rapidly developed & validated 
  • Sample analysis had short ā€œhands-onā€ time and reduced total elapsed time
  • For urinary KIM1 and NGAL, the method provided equivalent or improved quantitation range compared to the ECL assay
  • Gyrolab methods were robust across multiple reagent preparations and different CD lots
