Gyrolab Generic TK Kit accurately and robustly quantifies human therapeutic antibodies in non-human matrices during pre-clinical TK studies in early stage biotherapeutic development. Gyrolab Generic TK Kit quantifies mAbs of IgG1, IgG2 and IgG4 subtypes in several matrices, including mouse, rat, cynomolgus monkey, rabbit and dog, with an analytical range of approximately 0.4 (0.8 for rat) –  1500 µg/mL. Up to 112 data points are delivered in 70 minutes with the convenience and consistency that a ready-to use kit brings. Gyrolab Generic TK Kit includes prelabelled capture and detect reagents, buffers and consumables and a Gyrolab Bioaffy 20 HC CD.

Gyrolab Generic PK Kit is recommended for pharmacokinetic (PK) studies. Gyrolab Generic PK Kit and Gyrolab Generic TK Kit are based on the same reagents but use different Gyrolab Bioaffy CDs that differ in sample volume to shift the concentration ranges to meet the respective needs for PK and TK studies.
