PEC-grade Peptide Libraries: Preclinical Validation and Implications for Drug Discovery

Adapting the orthogonal PurePep^® EasyClean (PEC) purification technology to a 96 well-plate format gives fast access to PEC-grade peptide libraries. PEC removes most peptide-related impurities that may cause false-positive signals and improves the reliability of validation assays or structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies. The performance of PEC-grade peptide libraries in this case study is highlighted in validation studies of SARS-CoV-2 epitopes, likely to elicit a T-cell response.
